Take advantage preparing your dinner in advance and save time cooking with your slow or pressure cooker. Participants will bring their own cookers to prepare a variety of meats and vegetables Please register online to book your spot. You can pay via PayPal, Zelle, or a bank transfer.

About the event
This is a hands on workshop in my kitchen with a group of 5 to 8 participants.
We will talk about the ingredients used in class, useful tips for buying and storing as well as different cooking techniques.
After the meal preparation, we will taste what we have prepared. You will take home a collection of 5-7 different recipes.
